1. To fix this hit the home button once.  Then click on Fire TV Settings (the black box with gears).
  2. Click on Display & Sounds
  3. Click Display
  4. Click Calibrate Display
  5. A screen will pop up with arrows.  Use the up / down feature on the circle button until you can see the arrows at the edge of you TV.  Then click accept.  Done!
